      As a Certified Nurse Life Care Planner, Marilyn King, President of Epsilon Medical Legal Consultants, prepares and defends life care plans for catastrophic injuries, long-term disabilities, and chronic conditions.  She critiques the opponent's life care plan, and provides expert testimony to the life care plan in the courtroom.

      Ms. King is a Registered Nurse and Public Health Nurse, with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing degree.   She has a broad range of nursing experience in acute, rehabilitative and public health settings.    With nursing experience in multiple departments in over 15 facilities, she can easily interpret medical records, in both electronic and traditional paper documentation formats.   She continues to give direct patient care in acute care hospitals, and is knowledgeable of current healthcare and litigation issues and trends.   She understands the standards of care including such aspects as fall prevention, patient safety, and accurate documentation, and knows how to identify violations of standards, policies, and procedures. 

      As a Certified Legal Nurse Consultant, Ms. King provides complete, cost-effective medical records analysis and case support to help you strengthen your case, manage your time, and work more effectively.   She also testifies to nursing issues and nursing standards of care.
